Current life results in several factors which can cause anxiety and depression for ordinary people, life pressures, relationships, work, image and general well being all come into situation. Right now we are barraged within the various media by pages and glossy altered images of very beautiful people designed at making us purchase products or by into a certain lifestyle sponsored by marketing companies.

You and me to some effect are manipulated by bombasts advertising in the television and newspaper, if not we would all purchase the same products and look the similar. I myself embarked on a fitness and diet program  many months ago and now run my life by this method with the odd day off for great behavior. A few months ago I decided to get fitness actively as the benefits included relieving anxiety and deep stress which at the time was becoming a serious problem in my own life. I mostly took up jogging, at first this was absolutely hard going only being able to run for about three minutes at any one time.

I settled the best route on panorama to take was to write down my distances and time and log this action for reference. One routine then developed in my running program and before long I was up to fifteen minutes in one session. This method actually made me to significant movement in the following weeks as part of a personal goal objective. This is also quickly made an average of thirty minutes running in one session. What the result? Great, I felt so much better in myself, my stress levels decreased and my anxiety dropped substantially.

In the following day I found that running first thing in the dawn made me feel great for the rest of the day. Early morning running is documented as the best time to burn fat. You must following this suggestion. I occasionally run on an empty stomach so my body uses fat as fuel.

At the time I run in the dawn I find this clears my head for the rest of the day. Many bad feelings are disappeared by the end of the session delivering me a positive perspective. Nearby local royal park is my favorit place to run in the dawn. During early mornings this place holds many beautiful sites such as birds and rare wild animals sharing the same environment of me virtually peaceful.

Before running, I complete a full stretch exercise. This action paying particular attention to the legs and thigh muscles. I know if I’m not do this then I can come to soreness situation and could tear crucial muscles as they have not had time to get a proper blood flow within the muscle groups. Always do stretching everyday even on the days. When you don’t run as this will prevent fatigue and soreness which is very essential. It also very crucial to refuel your body with great quality carbohydrates in within the minutes after the exercise as this will provide the body the needed energy and nutrients.

I would heavily suggest running as an exercise which benefits the body a swell as our mind.
