Most experts will tell mom that they should increase anywhere around 26-31 pounds through out their pregnancy. They should aim to increase around 3.6 pounds during their first three months , even though more often than not most ladies find that they lose weight their 1st three months . The wrongdoer to this is morning ailment. Some ladies suffer from such a relentless case of morning ailment they can not keep anything down. Chances are their paramedic will not be too anxious if they lose a few pounds that 1st three month three months as long as you increase steady throughout the next two three months.

Their 2nd three months is where they will apparently put on most of their body mass. Most ladies put on about a pound a week, so roughly five or six pounds a month which brings their second three months weight increase to about 13-16 pounds. For the 6th and 8th month they will should apparently continue about a pound a week or so. Look to increase between 8 and 10 pounds those months. This can be a sign that labor is on the horizon. Or, they may find that their body mass increase continues especially if they are retaining a lot of water.
